Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of elotidesigns.com. Please read them before using the website.

Who we are

This website is run by Eloti Designs, registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission, RC 2695625. We don't publish a postal address; to reach us, email hello@elotidesigns.com.

Using the website

You may browse and share our website for your own information and to consider working with us. Please don't copy it, use it to send spam, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Prices, quotes and projects

Prices on our website are starting prices, shown in the currency of the country or region of our website you're using. They are a guide, not an offer. Every project begins with a written quote, and the work, price and payment terms are those in the quote or agreement you accept, which take priority over anything on this website.

Our content and our clients' work

The words, design, illustrations and code of this website belong to Eloti Designs. Screenshots and names of our clients' websites are shown as examples of our work; their names, logos and content belong to them. Once a project is paid for, the client owns their website, domain and content, as set out in their quote or agreement.

Links to other websites

We link to our clients' websites and other sites we think are useful. We aren't responsible for their content.

Our responsibility

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Your information

Our privacy notice and cookie policy explain how we handle information about you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
