This policy lists the cookies and similar storage our website uses, and how to control them.

Your choice

When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use Google Analytics cookies. Until you choose Accept, none are set. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of our website.

Analytics cookies (only after Accept)

• _ga: Google Analytics. Tells visits apart. Kept for up to 2 years.
• _ga_CW2CK2EE36: Google Analytics. Keeps track of your visit. Kept for up to 2 years.

Google keeps the information it collects for 14 months. Our privacy notice explains more.

Storage the website needs

These remember your own choices in your browser. They aren't cookies and can't be used to track you across other websites. They aren't sent to us, except the visit details, which go with the quote form if you send it.

Kept in your browser until you clear it:

• eloti-consent: your answer in the cookie banner, so we don't ask again.
• eloti-edition: the country or region of our website you chose, so we don't suggest another.
• eloti-suggest: whether you chose to stay on this country or region of our website when we suggested another.

Kept only until you close the tab:

• Visit details (eloti-ref and eloti-utm): the website that brought you to us and any campaign tags, sent with the quote form if you use it.
• eloti-lead: set when you send the quote form, so your request is counted once, then removed.

Cloudflare, which protects our website, may set a short-lived security cookie (such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance) if it needs to check that a visit comes from a person. It is needed to keep the website safe and isn't used for analytics.

Controlling cookies

Use "Cookie settings" at the foot of any page, or your browser's settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking the analytics cookies doesn't stop any part of our website from working.
