ZuraLink Limited
A new name, a new brand and a website built to be found in every state.
The brief
ZuraLink sells, installs and supports Starlink across Nigeria. It had outgrown its old name, Starlink Installation Solutions, and a slow, ready-made website. It needed a brand of its own, a fast site, and a way to be found by customers searching from every state, with WhatsApp a tap away.
What we did
Five pieces of work, designed together so the brand, the site and the systems behind it feel like one company.

A brand of its own
Starlink Installation Solutions became ZuraLink Limited, with a new logo, the Orb: an orange orb crossed by a Z of light, with a small satellite. The neutral name leaves room for the company's next services, from solar to CCTV.
A faster site, built from scratch
The old site sat on a slow, ready-made template. We built a new one from scratch around how ZuraLink sells, tested it in private, then switched it over.

A page for every place
People search for Starlink in their own town, so we gave every place in Nigeria a page of its own, written around the estates, streets and landmarks locals know.

WhatsApp and pay on delivery, front and centre
ZuraLink's customers decide on WhatsApp, so a WhatsApp and call bar sits on every page. Pay on delivery in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, the company's strongest selling point, leads the homepage.
Shop, portal and apps on one system
Kits can be bought on the website and paid for on ZuraLink's customer portal with Paystack, where customers also activate and renew their service. A customer app and a staff app work from the same portal.
